The campaign, ‘Financial shopping made easy online', positions Interactive Investor as a one-stop-shop or ‘financial supermarket' that empowers investors who are buying financial products online. It is designed to build mass-market awareness of Interactive Investor and its services.
The campaign will run for a month, mainly in South East England, starting with poster ads on the London Underground from 1 April and on Network South East from 10 April. A TV campaign will launch on 15 April, with ads on all of the commercial terrestrial channels as well as a number of digital channels, including The Money Channel. Radio ads will run on Capital Radio and News Direct, with print ads in the national and trade press. Barnes Vereker created the campaign, with media buying by The Coltman Media Company.
Earlier this week, Interactive Investor launched a range of WAP services and announced a tie-up with Cable & Wireless to develop a digital TV service. Interactive Investor also plans to launch services in Germany and France in the next six months.
