Netimperative Roundtable: The Aquent Orange Book Discussion
- When:
- Nov 26, 2008 from 15:00 to 17:00
Topic: As business owners and directors you will know the pain of annual pay rises and salary levels, recrutiment and retention and should therefore take part in this debate based on the latest salary survey research. Aquent a leading creative and digital recruitment agency have conducted a European salary survey and in this roundtable we discuss the findings. This will be the first view of the latest salary levels for creative, account and director level jobs across agencies and each attending delegate will receive a printed copy of the book. We want to use this as the basis of a discussion around employee tenure, talent sourcing strategies, salary increases, permanent and temporary staffing trends, staff retention strategies, staff turnover rates, benefits packages and detailed salary tables.
