Topic:

Online PR – from blogging to SEO PR, why managing your reputation online is crucial for today’s public relations

Since Kryptonite became the unofficial poster child of how not to manage your online reputation, it seems nothing much has changed. A raft of brands from Reckitt Benckiser and Apple to Dell have all committed online faux pas that have resulted a great deal of brand damage.

Can a company control its image and limit damage and what does the PR and Digital marketing industry need to do to ensure a brand is protected. Debating the changes required by businesses, Katy Howell will also examine how Online PR can dovetail into other online marketing campaigns with blog fodder, podcasts and SEO PR to support integrated programmes that build a favourable reputation.
