Agenda: Interactivity - what does it mean for agency output?

We live in an era where consumers have become there own creators, editors, aggregators, distributors and broadcasters of their own content - they really do own the interactive space.

Convergent technologies mean content is available anytime, anywhere, anyhow, traditional linear models of agency output will no longer suffice.

Some thoughts on how to meet such challenges are shared by Neil Hughston, Managing Director  Saatchi & Saatchi Interactive

Neil Hughston's Biography:

Neil graduated from London Guildhall University with a BA Hons in Business Studies and Marketing, starting out as an Account Executive at BHWG which is now Proximity London.

•His 12 years experience has seen him work across a variety of blue chip brands primarily in the alcohol, retail and youth sectors covering new product launches, brand development, customer retention and acquisition on clients ranging from Allied Domecq, Diageo, Britvic, Pepsi Co; Lever Faberge, Asda, The Woolwich, beeb.com (BBC) and L’Oreal.

•Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi Interactive, Neil held the post of Client Services Director at Tribal DDB London, where he built up the department, championed interactivity across the DDB Network and had primary digital responsibility on the Philips Electronics account globally.

•In his spare time he races performance dinghies and sports boats.
