Hedley Aylott, Managing Director of Summit Media, tells us how he is developing training and utilising key skills from within the digital industry for Britains prison population. The aim is to train prisoners in web design, search campaign management, project management and other relevant skills during their term and after their term ends, assisting them to find work placements and generally building their confidence to help them on their way to a career in the digital sector.
