Terms & Conditions

 1. By paying a membership fee you become a member and agree to be bound by this agreement. This agreement is subject to change by The Net Imperative Limited, trading as Netimperative, at any time.

2. Membership fees cover a twelve-month period and are payable in advance. The member is responsible for paying fees according to the current billing terms. Membership fees are non refundable. Due notice means that membership cancellation is effective at the end of the  calendar month in which Netimperative receives notice in writing.

3. Membership may not be assigned or transfered to any other person or entity. The member must  promptly inform Netimperative of the following: changes in the expiration date or suspected fraud of any credit card used in connection with the service; changes in billing address.

4 . Membership of Netimperative may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Netimperative or the member upon notification of the other.

5 . All cancellations must be in writing.
