Event Management Types

Seminars

An excellent format for enticing delegates to attend a part-day event, which can often be ideal for busy clients. Precise timings would be dependent upon the target market and we will advise on this decision.

Conferences

Usually full day events you need to ensure an excellent flow of speakers and activities throughout the day, plus catering, to keep your delegates happy. Ideally suited to information packed specifications with plenty of opportunity to reinforce your brand throughout the day.

Roundtable Debates

Normally shorter events and therefore reasonably low cost. Perfectly suited to smaller gatherings of senior level delegates where there is a strong interactive involvement from the audience required.

Workshops

Workshops are perfect for a far more interactive event for a highly targeted delegate audience. If you have detailed information to impart to clients or prospective clients then this could be ideal.

Training Courses

A training course could be an ideal way of you either imparting hands on knowledge to existing or prospective clients, or could perhaps provide an additional revenue stream for your business if you wish to charge for the course.

Launch or Anniversary Parties

Parties always sound simple but there is a lot to consider and we can make sure you get right. It is also often easy to let the budget get out of hand and Netimperative will ensure that this does not happen. We can cater for small gatherings to huge parties for over 500 guests.

Social Events

Occasionally you wish to entertain clients and contacts but do not wish to stick to the standard drinks reception format. Netimperative are specialists in exciting ideas for social events with an extra twist and ideas could include Quiz Nights, Talent Contests, Sporting Challenges and Shows.

Business Lunches

Lunches can be an excellent way of schmoozing with existing and prospective clients and can be catered for small to large groups dependent upon your requirements.

Networking Dinners

In a similar vein to the lunches this format can be ideally set up for small to large groups of clients or prospects but getting them right is a skill that Netimperative can provide.

Breakfast Briefings

Fantastic for early birds who want to grab the attention of their target market at the start of the day whilst not impacting greatly on their busy business lives.

Hospitality

Whether a sporting event, quad biking, tank driving or a skiing trip they are still a hassle to organise yourselves so let us do it for you.

Exhibitions or Shows

Netimperative can either produce a full show or exhibition on your behalf or assist with organising your attendance at another external exhibition.

Awards Ceremonies

Netimperative can organise bespoke awards events to your exact requirements allowing you to create great impact within your sector.
