Planning Consultancy

After an initial conversation by email or phone we can offer you a ball park quote for your event to allow you make an initial decision on whether to pursue the quote further. The next step would be to consult with you, the client, further on the event brief so we can offer advice on the format, timings, delegate numbers, programme, speakers, venues, catering, production and budget allocation. The proposal will then be revised based on this conversation and sign off gained before the in-depth research process begins. This stage will produce a fully agreed specification for the Netimperative event management team to work to.

Venue Sourcing & Management

Offered either as part of the full service or separately this will entail an initial fact find to understand your specific requirements, discussion to identify brand style and then research to identify 3 top venues to choose from. Provisional bookings will be placed for the relevant dates at these top 3 venues and venue visits arranged at your convenience.

Budget & Invoice Management

Netimperative act as your agent and we book all services with the necessary suppliers directly on your behalf as part of the agreed budget. This means that you do not incur any accountancy costs except our single invoice based on a two stage payment of 50% deposit and 50% two weeks prior to the event.

On-site event & hosting team

Our event management team will run all aspects of the event on the day taking any stress away from you and your team so you can concentrate on enjoying the event and maximising its returns for your business. Netimperative will greet delegates, run registration, usher guests to the relevant points throughout the event and ensure all catering, production and speakers are looked after.

Printed invitations, delegate packs and preparation of all delegate materials

Designed with your corporate style and brand values in mind any invitations, delegate packs, programmes or other materials will be drafted, approved, printed and delivered as required.

Production Management

Sorting out the required audio visual, lighting, signage and internet connection can be a headache but leave it all to our expert event management team.

Programme Research & Redrafting

Using our experience we can identify the best format for your event in terms of timings, dates, and programme content. The programme will be fully researched and discussed with you before a final version is agreed.

Speaker Sourcing & Management

Finding top class speakers is a skill in itself and Netimperative have a huge network of existing contacts to draw upon, plus the skill to target new candidates. Once sourced and booked for the event we will ensure that they are looked after in the interim period and will reconfirm them nearer the actual event date. This service can be offered separately if you require assistance in recruiting external speakers for your business event.

Delegate Telemarketing & Recruitment

Our event team can target delegates for your event via email, telephone and advertising. This can again be offered either as part of the full event management service or a separate service. This is probably the most crucial part of any event as ensuring that your required target audience and numbers attend is very time consuming and potentially very damaging if you get it wrong. Netimperative will get it right on your behalf!

Delegate Management

Once you have recruited your target list for the event you will need to maintain contact and ensure they get the relevant reminders, invites and information. We can offer this separately or as a combined service package.

Overseas Delegate Management

If you have delegates travelling in from overseas you will often require flights, hotels, travel, subsistence and a point of contact for any additional requirements. This can be handled on your behalf by the Netimperative team.
