Event Management

The Netimperative event management team have many years experience of running events for the digital sector. These include interactive industry awards, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, workshops, business lunches, networking dinners, launch parties, breakfast briefings and roundtable debates. This service has now been extended to our portfolio of clients or prospective clients as a managed event service.

If you have a requirement to run any kind of event for your customers or potential customers then Netimperative can produce the ideal event for the purpose. Our aim is to take the pain out of event management and deliver a fully rounded complete set of services so all you need to do is sign off on a few decisions throughout the process and turn up on the day.

Testimonial

"Netimperative worked wonders in managing our first ever national Client Summit and were integral to us successfully attracting over 100 of our clients. We received 100% stellar feedback on content, venue and organisation so a massive thanks to Netimperative - they rock!"

Matt Brocklehurst

Head of Marketing

Services offered include:

Clients can make use of our full set of services or single elements. For example, if you require a venue search and booking management service for an event you are happy to manage yourselves then we can provide that single element on a day rate basis. Often we can save you the fee as part of the rate negotiation, so ideally using this or any of our services shouldn’t actually cost you any more than it would to spend the time doing it yourself.

Event Types include:

If your event requirement is not listed above please ask anyway as we may well be able to assist.

Testimonials

The team have arranged events for The Usability Company (now Foviance) since 2001, and have been an inspiration. Their imagination at the creative stage is extremely valued as is their organisational ability. Our Birthday Bash at London's Private Members Bar, The Century Club in 2004 was an example of a well planned event at which clients, friends and staff had a wonderful night!

Catriona Campbell, Chairman, Foviance

The ‘media dinner and discussion’ organised by Netimperative on behalf of Infospace Europe was an extremely well planned and effective trade marketing event. It was the 3rd or 4th event that NI has organised on my behalf and they have once again delivered to spec. The brief in short, was to coordinate a group of high level media owners and decision makers in to one room to allow informal but stimulating conversation to take place between members of my team and prospective clients. This was fulfilled beyond my expectations with choice of venue, speaker, menu and invitations falling to Netimperative to organise.

Dominic Trigg, Vice President Search , Infospace
